As a Plyspace fellow Resident Joshua created a site specific sculpture from a combination of reclaimed materials and interactive lighting and video elements. Students from Ball State University School of Art created their own found art sculptures, exploring interactive elements and materiality in the process

Joshua Challen Ice has created an immersive art installation paying homage to the Cornerstone Center for the Arts historic building. The work is comprised of reclaimed items found within the former masonic lodge to create a room sized assemblage that point towards the themes of maintenance and workmanship. Joshua adds his unique style of lighting and technology to the sculpture to evoke feelings of future worlds and bring up questions of the perceived function of this crazy contraption.
