Local underground art promoters Ahtuza host monthly events under the name "For The People". These events provide a platform for performers, visual artist, and spoken word artists to show their work and get to know each other. Spectacle ties it all together with the atmosphere design, sound amplification and video documentation for the night. Usually held in the ballroom at Ace Hotel, a huge white room becomes a canvas for our immersive installations. Lighting around the perimeter of the room and positioned on performers can be controlled through custom built software. Projections on the ceiling  - with the right content - can create the feeling of a growing a shrinking room. With factors like these and others, we can take control of the mood and lead the crowd through the different aspects of the night. More than just basic event lighting design, our system connects performers and audience to one cohesive artistic experience
