This work involves my sculptural "Glitch Windows". These sculptures act as a template for light to pass though and create moving shadows akin to headlights shining through your bedroom window at night. My personal projectors can be mounted to the ceiling to create splashes of light for the sculptural elements to interact with. The canvas for the work being the walls and floor that the light shuffles across. These elements in addition to ambient sound create a fully immersive experience meant to evoke a meditative state resembling techniques I used as a frightened child trying to fall asleep in a dark room.
